Deciding to address my sedentary lifestyle by working with a fitness professional is one of most important decisions I’ve ever made. But getting to work with Holden was a brilliant stroke of luck.

Holden’s instruction on what to do, and how to do it properly, is always accompanied by why we do it. Each session is rich with new ideas for my own workouts, and for self-care including better nutrition and sleep.
